Paph seed pod, don't know exactly what I should do

Hi everyone

My paph that I got from a local store has produced a seed pod! The flower fell off last night/this morning.



I have no idea if the seeds are viable, I bought it in bloom. The pup on it had a cut flower stalk so it may have been pollinated by its pups flower.

I am wanting to do everything myself. I don't have a pressure cooker though, so i would be doing plastic containers or if there is a different way to use glass then I would prefer it.

So, when should I harvest the seed pod and flask them?
