You mean it's growing a new spike? I repotted a couple of phals in spike a couple of weeks back. One of them had a spike just an inch long and the other had one about six inches. I was extra careful while repotting. But you can wait until after the blooms are done, if that's what you prefer. Please post pictures once your phal has blooms. Good luck!

Just an update, the newly transplanted keiki. It seems to be enjoying its new pot.



The other keiki is almost ready to be removed from the parent.

Pot looks a wee too big for a keiki. But if it is happy, then it's fine

Would have agreed until I put it in the pot and the roots were already touching the bottom.

Love your new addition! Love the touch of pink around the lip, it really adds beauty to the already gorgeous blooms!

Really beautiful, how are the keikis doing? In the picture of the one you potted it looked like it had a spike emerging
