Default Is there a type of orchid that matures faster then others? (When starting from seed)

I know certain types take 3 years and others take 5.
I was just wondering if there are any that mature faster.
Im doing a presentation on orchids and I am hoping to have some seeds. I dont need them to be mature at all. Im not expecting it at all, but it would be cool to show all the little babies inside their flask. Ive seen some that look like moss. Which it totally fine, i love them no matter what, but for the sake of the presentation, it would be nice to have more mature plants. Im very exited to start the whole process, its so amazing to grow such delicate plants from seeds. (:
Thanks,
Jax

My limited understanding would suggest, based on research, that all genre mature at different rates. After which ones are the fastest, I cannot tell you. I hope someone else can!
