Looking for Seed

I'm in the process of starting a small-scale flasking set up, and I was wondering what the best source of seed (besides your own, of course) was. I've seen the OSP, but their offerings look pretty old with most being harvested almost 5 years ago. I've also seen the listings on Ebay, but I have no idea if the plants are labelled correctly or are viable, so what do you all suggest?
