encyclia ciliare pods

I have some cattleya alliance crosses with the Encyclia ciliare holding the pods.

About how long does it typically take to mature its pods? I have a plant that very regularly blooms in November here in eastern Texas, and the pods are nearing 150 days (5 months).

It has dropped some when they turned black and were not firm. --

but, I sitll have two that are beginning to yellow, and are remaining firm.

Anyone have an idea about how long? Anyone who I could write to who might know?

Royal, are you still interested in trying the dry seed??
