Hello all!

I just wanna ask you which you think is the best vessel for orchid culture..

an Erlenmeyer , a test tube or something else ?

Best Vessel for culture Male

Personally for most seeds I use a standard mouth quart canning jar. You can lay these on their side to get more surface area. 100ml of media will fit perfectly in one of these on their side. Phytotech carries reusable autoclavable lids, vented and unvented, for these also.

those lids, vented and non vented, can they go in a pressure cooker?

Absolutely, and they're reusable. Look on Phytotech's page under equipment and supplies.
