This was my other operation using keiki paste on my Phal. Only flower spikes. I first applied the paste on 7/9.It has taken nearly 3 months to get to this stage.Ok, what do I do now, no keikis?-img_1336-1-jpg

My question is, should I cut off this stalk, (as the poor chid. has already produced flowers about 7 months ago)
to give it a rest. Logically this is what I believe. Would it confuse the chid. too much. Please advise me.

I understand your dilemma, although it would be a shame to cut them off after they've grown so far. I would say that leaving them or not depends on how mama is doing. If she's still happy and healthy I would leave them on for now.
