Found a scientific article online about an Ascocentrum x Vanda primary hybrid, and they reported germination after only 20 days. The protocorms had developed 1-2 leaves and a root by 75 days. So I would assume that the germination rates for your specific species might not be too far off from that, possible longer depending on what sort of light/temp you expose your flasks to.

Don't give up just yet, the info I found for you is not for your exact species! Give it a month or so, and it might be longer for all we know.
Where are you keeping your flasks? When I flasks some Catt cross seeds early this year I got germination in 3 weeks, but I was keeping mine in a climate cell at work with lights 16h a day and a constant 24°C. It's ideal conditions for germination. At home it might be a lot slower.
