Interested in learning about orchid hybridization

I'm interested to learn about orchid hybridization. Does anyone know of any online sources, or still in print books that might provide a good place to start?

For the time being, I'm less interested in the flasking part, and more interested in the method of pollination, and the genetics of hybridization - what can be crossed with what, and why. I have a science background, but still hope to find something easier to read until I get some good background information.

Information on how hybrids are named would also be helpful.
