Dendrobium Yellow Song 'Canary' Keiki Problem

I was given this Den when it was almost done flowering. I had it for a few days before the last few flowers began wilting, so i clipped them off. This caused keikis to form. I have only ever had this happen once before one a different den.
The problem with this one is the mother plant id dying.
The were three stalks.one has only one keiki bump that hasn't really changed much in the last few months.
The second had three on it, but suddenly shriveled up and all the keikis rotted over night and turned to mush.
The third stalk was fine until today when it suddenly bent over (black arrows) which makes me worry about the final few keikis (red arrows) that are on it. I really want them to live!
None of them have roots except one that has one small maybe 3/4 inch root
And lastly i am worried about the baby that grew right off the base of the plant (blue arrow) It seems super healthy other than the leaves being kinda curled up
i water this orchid the same as i water my other 12 types of orchids
