All the sources that i've found information about flasking have been confusing and/or too general. I generally have the basics (sterile enveronment,, agar, e.t.c.) and very few details of how to flask. I wanted a vivid simple step by step process of how.
Thank You!
P.S.
I need info on flasking and replatting, but once again , Thank You
I'm afriad I don't know about this, but thought I would give you a bump as you have had no answers. I know we have people arround here that do this, so hopefully you will get some answers soon
What's your specific question? Describing the whole process in a post here would be either too general, or really long. Plus, the details are where individual techniques vary. There's more than one way to skin a cat.
Once you learn the basics, much of it is trial and error. I try to limit my variables as much as I can to identify where I may fall short - then tweak my technique to adapt.
