Default Phalaenopsis has small keikis but the host plant is dying.

One of my favorite Phals is dying. It has 2 small keikis on the stem. The keikis have not yet put off roots. Is there any way to take a stem cutting and save the keikis? I have attached pictures for any advice.

Please Help!

Mahalo,

Troy
