Default new division

i just recieved a half of my friends Brassavola lady of the night with three "leaves" on it, but barely any root, although one new root starting grow, but very small. i put a little rooting hormone on it, but what else can i do to make more growth, both new plant growth and especially new root growth? For instance, should i mount it or pot it, what whould i put it with? what are any other supplements i could give it and should i fertilize it?
for some background info: i have it placed under 4 T5 light strips, 36 inches long, in the middle of them as i know they like light. the humidity is always 75-95% in my terrarium.
your help is greatly appreciated

I would be inclined to potting in a very small pot, water with KLN (root hormone) and weak fertilizer until new roots appear, then maybe mount it.

Brassavolas are VERY vigorous, so I'm sure you'll have a specimen in no time at all. Just pot it up in a SMALL pot (as Joann said, very important) and keep moist.
