Kiekie on cut phal stem? Male
Question Kiekie on cut phal stem?

I cut all the stems off my phals this summer and put them in a glass of water. All of tem rotted except for one and the nodes are swelling and one sprouted something. Could thes be keikies?

Could be just another spike, hard to tell what they'll be at this stage. They always wind up being spike for me.

Wow Winston,

I don't think I'll ever cut another spike off and just throw it away again. When I think of all the ones that may have grown keikis...well, I won't go there.
Thanks, I learn something here every day .
