Does anyone have a proven formula for replating? I know just enough from so much different information on this it's all running together. I understand everyone changes the mixture according to conditions but, does a standard exist? Will this also be the same with other leafless species?

There are standards, but much is preference. Go to the OSP site and look at what they have. There are also standard "replate and maintainence" media available from Phytotech, but OSP will ship for much cheaper.

The main difference will be the addition of sugars and reduction/elimination of growth hormones. Some make their own or modify what they already have with the addition of undefined components such as banana, pineapple, potato, etc. Which particular formula is usually dictated by the alliance so I'd go with something that's known to work well for anagraecoids or vandaceous plants as a whole instead of looking for media for "leafless species".
