It's simple!
Just stick the stem in a suitable medium and keep it moist. It will root in no time!
Below a cutting I made a while ago. Curretly growing it's second leaf.

I'm not familiar with the weather in Karachi, if you feel you better could wait I would say wait.
Humidity is good, Ludisia likes humidity but also can cope with less than optimal (mine are in 50% humidity and do well).
It's growing season now, so the cutting might root very fast.
Look for a mature stem to increase succes. If you want I can make you a picture from a point on a stem were roots emerge from.

Default Leafless Ludisia stem ...how to propogate?

I am about to chop off the top of my Ludisia due to the fact that it has lost all of it's lower leaves, and just has a few left on the top. There are two new sprouts coming up from the roots. My question is: seeing the stem is 18"++ long, and once I cut off the top, I will have lots of stem left. Is the leafless stem usable? Will it root too?
Thanks!
Helen

I would suggest you lay the stem that include the leafs horizontal, slightly belowe the level of the medium. It probably will give you multiple new stems this way, but keep it evenly moist.
