No problem. I do all my sterilizing in the oven, I don't even own a pressure cooker. As soon as it's done baking (and I shut off the oven), I immediately lock the handle on the oven door (like you would do during a self-clean). This keeps any unsterile air from being sucked into the oven during the cooling process. After they cool, quickly open the door and screw (or push) all your lids on tight, and you are good to go. I'll usually make a whole liter of media at once, that way I always have media ready for harvested seeds. I just keep them all labeled in a dark cabinet, ready to go. Good luck to both of you!
