Stem Propagation with Ghosoff!

I also had a jar that I used a already dying stem and that one got infected only but I think that problem had went thru the whole piece of so even though I sterilized it I think it still manifested inside !! This is it there was one that had white fuzz sticking up from the top, I took it out in my glove box and added peroxide with no success of saving the other one!! here it goes!!
