It sounds like you're on the right track. I deflask into trays of 2" pots, which all have lids. The dome is a good idea, especially if you are growing indoors. All of these species need medium-high light, don't pamper them too much, just because they are babies. As long as you are maintaining a decent humidity, those little babies will eat up the light and fertilizer pretty close to the same as an adult plant of that species. They are really hungry when they come out of the flask, so don't be afraid to feed them. Just make sure the move to high light is gradual.
