Acclimating flaskings with the agar still intact?

thanks for the advise.
My mature bletillas are in a very sharp sand mix, as are my cyps, and do quite well.

I was thinking of the live sphag mainly 'cause it works so well on the tropicals, but in hindsight, its not a great idea.
