sorry if i did some mistakes....i mean the flower spike that left after all the flowers wilt.....and i want to know whether i can produce new plants from that left phal flower spike...pls forgive me if i do wrong.....thank u....and i'm new here so don't know much about this site ...

Most phals will produce kiekis from the spikes and some will from their bases known as basal kiekis .. Kiekis is another word for baby plants of the original ..

Hormones can induce keikis, but you may be thinking of stem propagation. You can do it in vitro preferred method), or by placing the prepared nodes on a bed of sphagnum although this "dirty" method yields lower results.
You can use a dormant node from a spike, remove gently the outer skin and applied some hormone paste like keiki grow etc... You can find it on the net!
You can also place the dormant node, desinfect it vigourously and place it in vitro into an agar agar medium.
