MS is just fine, it's a standard. It might be a good idea to do some side by side with MS and Knudson C. You want to use coconut water, there is a difference between coco water, milk, or cream. The water is the liquid inside a fresh coconut. Try a health food store. I'd say 50 ml coco water per liter of media would be a lot. 30 would be more moderate. These are really just guesses though.

Hehe, sorry, I see an opening like that and I just have to rant a little.

i asked at work....
they say that a patent is good 20 years from application or, 17 years from patent issue...which takes approx 3 years from appliation. So....basically if a variety is more then 20 years...it's no longer patented.

It's mainly the water that you need, but I use milk, too...it doesn't hurt anything.

Patents and copyrights are only as good as the country they are applied to. That is, if you want to enforce one in say Thailand, good luck.
A lot will depend upon who you are up against in the courts I guess and their social influence and how deep their pockets are and yours are. Copyrights and patents are ignored frequently here in Thailand, and it would be a never ending battle to enforce them in my opinion.
