Was bored, had the flowers open, decided why not. Anyone wanna tell me the odds of it sticking?

50%. Either it will, or it won't.
No seriously, Neos and Rychostylis are Anagrecoids (I think) and are too genetically different than Phalaenopsis to breed. I don't think anything will happen except losing a few flowers. Sorry.

Actually, the rhynchostylis is considered to be a vandaceous orchid, and there are 6 registered rhynchonopsis hybrids.
There is also a registered hybrid of Neostylis Lou Sneary x Doritaenopsis Odoriko = Morieara Orikoboshi, and a single Neostylopsis Fukunokami (Neostylis Lou Sneary x Phalaenopsis Zada Kaala), so there is a precedent.
What was the name of the random Lowe's phal?

I stand corrected. Statistically, the chances are still 50 % - either it will or it won't.

Here are the pics, one of full flower and another of the naughty bits... I think some pollen got knocked down onto the lower part. Any help with an ID while we're at it would be appreciated.

It looks similar to a couple in my collection:
Brother Golden Wish
and less so to Baldan's Kaleidoscope
...from which I conclude you'll never know for sure.

Branching off a little bit, I have a RHV. Thailand x V. Tessalota...... Very nice except it hasn't bloomed for me yet. Has a spike preparing itself.
RHV = Rhyncostilis x Vanda
