Dendro. Noid Blooming in Flask!!!

Looking through my flasks the other night, I came across one that was ready to de-flask. Upon closer inspection, it appeared to have some sort of mutation. Upon even closer inspection, to my complete dis-belief, the mutations were actually dis-figured blooms

. I still didn't believe it until I saw the close-up pictures, so here...you guys can be the judge. These were seeds given to me by (flhiker) Dave, from one of his noid Dendrobiums, and are well under a year old. Anyone ever heard of this happening, or is this a freak occurrence?
