call the orchid docs with a knife

A few months ago, I told you about having 4 keiki on my plant...
I have leaves and roots... so now what

what is the best way on setting the best step

on the stem I have 2 of them
one has 2x 1/2 cm roots
the other one has 2x 1 cm roots

about the middle of the plant I have one with a 2 1/2 cm root and 1 cm root

and the last keiki is on the bottom of the plant with a 1 cm and 2 1/2 cm root

I include some pictures with some ugly marks on ( did this on a computer without Photoshop.

Any help will help. I do think I need to wait a bit longer to get larger roots, but knowing now what to do will help ( possible getting tools )
