Just to clarify, are you talking about Paphiopedilums ??? or Cypripediums ???
The seedlings are already sterile in the flask, there is no need to spray them with disinfectant, you will do a lot of harm to them by doing it.

Mr.Green, the flask you have are NOT slippers, they are Cattleya family plants. The mix you quoted in the original post should be ok but if you can make it a little finer it would be better. You might have to break the flask to get them out, wash the seedling very carefully in water with the chill off and pot them carefully into a compot or flat seedling tray with good drainage. You do not have to bury the plants, pot just so the roots are covered. Water well and place in a shady warm spot the has good air movement. Keep moist, not wet and don't feed them for a month or so till they settle in.

Roy is right - about the plants being Cattleya hybrids and about his deflasking advice. Those look like very nice and healthy little seedlings. My guess is that you will need to break the flask to get them out. Here's a tip: break it under water. The glass will sink and the plants will float. Just be sure to use a clean bucket.

NO disinfectant !!!!!! Yes you can boil the ingredients if you wish but it is not necessary. Just make sure whatever container you use to pot the plants in is either NEW or has been sterilized, ie. it can be washed in disinfectant then rinsed thoroughly.
