Keiki to cut or not to cut?

Hello There, I have a keiki growing and I have left it on the plant to let it grow larger. Now I am wondering if it is big enough to cut from the mother orchid. What do you think? Its an Equestreis Zuma Beach.

I would let the roots grow another inch. Also, when you do repot, I would consider using something with vitamin B to ease the shock.

The roots look good to me, but I think the plant itself could be little larger. I think it could go either way. Either cut it off now, or give a bit more time for the leaves to grow a bit.
