Dend. Keiki growth.

Hi, i have two Keikis from a Dend.NOID. They seem to be fine. No growth yet but they look healthy and stable.
I have them potted in s/h.
My question is about how long it takes for keikis to become mature plants. I´m guessing it varies a lot depending on culturing methods, light, etc, but what´s the average???
I´ll try to post a couple pics of them, just to check if you all think they are fine.
