time for keiki potting? Female
Default time for keiki potting?

Hello all!
I'm pretty new to orchids and I'm growing what I believe is my first keiki! I've been watching it for several months and am wondering if it's time to pot. It has three roots ranging from 1/2 inch to two inches. Is there any special care I should know about for baby orchids...ie, potting mixture, light, watering? Also, the keiki is flowring and has been for several months. Is that usual? I believe the plant is a Bardendrum Terusan x Barkeria cyclotella. Here are a few pics, they are about a month old. My keiki doesn't have as many gorgeous flowers these days. I think most of the plants energy is going into the three new growths it has sprouting up!

Congratulations Big Red, I'd say it is time to pot it for sure.

None of my orchids have blessed me with one... yet so I am not certain as what to do now, but it is certainly cool
