Default Seed pot yellowing

Hi all, my frist seed pot .... need some advice...can I harvest the phal seed pot turning yellow now and keep it in the fridge and use it later or wait till it dried up.

If you are going to green cap it it will keep for a while (days to a few weeks - not months), watch it for mold and put it in a coffee filter in case it splits so you don't lose the seed, you would still be able to dry them and do a regular disinfection and flask them.

Yup, green seed capsules can rot. If you want to store seed long term, harvest the seed once the capsule splits. Once dry, you can store it in the fridge for a long while.
