Well, I finally got my first homegrown hybrid to bloom.

I transferred this plant into a small pot from the tree it germinated in about a year ago if memory serves. And now that it bloomed. I'm pretty sure it's the result of a cross I made between Epidendrum schumannianum and Epidendrum wallisii with E. wallisi producing the seed.

It's flower is closer in size to the smaller E. schumannianum, though a bit bigger. It looks very similar to
E. Costa Rica on Orchid Roots that is the same cross but with the parents switched.
