Default Stanhopea cutting with no roots

I received these cuttings today, sadly only one had a root. Will these bulbs be able to regrow roots?
I am planning on leaving them in a makeshift greenhouse, maybe sitting on some perlite.
I also have a rooting agent with indoleacetic acid and naphthalene acid.
Im in the East-coast Australia, so nights are 10 degrees and days 20 degrees.

Is there any hope?
