Don't buy seeds online. They're almost 100% fake.

I'm a little confused by your post.
It would be quite unusual to mericlone a plant you are just starting out with. Do you mean that you want to grow them from seed? That might be possible. I have never heard of anyone mericloning these.
You can also clone a plant by making divisions of it. However, this is different from mericloning.

the medicinal value is amazing for these orchids. but at 340 for 40 G .... I am a bit long in the tooth, and am too sweet. these are supposed to be a help to my medical conditions. Living here in China is the only way I can make it with a limited income, so hobby and improved health .. whats to loose by trying...

The photo shows that this plant has a sorta creeping stem. That should make cuttings the easiest way to propagate it.
Meristem propagation requires somewhat specialized equipment and a lab setting. Explaining the details goes way over my paygrade.
If you can get it to set seed, you could flask those with only 'kitchen counter lab' setup. If you get some contamination, you can burn it away with sunlight through a magnifying glass (without opening the flask).

I bought a few plants that had been relegated for the dust bin, but I planted them as two had flowers trying to open. hope they will. but I'm not too confident. that is a marvelous idea about using a magnifying glass to address a flasked problem. thanks!! I am going to try to use an old aquarium as sterile area and flask some cuttings or try the mericlone. i sent along a URL of them doing it commercially. 金线莲如何培育?看这里!想看成品请点赞,明天更新#金线莲 https://v.douyin.com/JARYuhW/ 复制此链接,打开【抖音短视频】,直接观看视频!
