Your best hope is probably a keiki from the base or spike. Hopefully the Kelpmax can jump start some root growth. I’ve had a few Phalaenopsis that did this to me, all ended up having stem rot that was concealed by the leaf bases. None of mine pulled through. Fingers crossed for yours!

@Aliceinwl Im sorry to hear about that! Im thinking they are keikis tbh but theres at least 3 coming from different nodes. and on top of that I think its growing something from the lower part of the stem so this is all confusing to me. Ive never seen this much growth in
different areas (minus root growth) from an orchid with stem rot. Fingers crossed indeed lol thank you!!!!!
