Need help and answers
 

Not sure whats going on or what to do with it. Leafs started growing out of two stems and now one is sprouting roots. All is healthy and doing well.

Relax, do not panic. You have a hybrid Phalaenopsis. They really do act that way. Sometimes they bring out new growths in the flowered spikes. Wait until you have at least three inches roots and cut and separate it and give it a new pot. Meanwhile enjoy the remaining flowers you got.

Thank you so much for the help. My first time seeing an orchid do this and was shocked when people were telling me they aren't supposed to and that's why I'm here lol

There are two primary reasons phalaenopsis plants produce keikies ("keiki" is Hawaiian for "baby") -

• Some species are simply predisposed to do so, and that trait can be passed down to their progeny
  
• The plant is not getting the proper care, perceives it is failing, so it is an effort to carry on the genes.

It's up to you to become knowledgeable enough to tell which!
