What might this be?

It's a Lycaste, or something that was formerly called Lycaste, but I'm not familiar enough with the genus to be more specific.

Looking through "The Genus Lycaste" (which is not all in color) it sounds like Lycaste tricolor, but tricolor is only supposed to come from Costa Rica.

Looks similar to Lycaste schilleriana http://orchidcentral.org/Images/Zygo...hilleriana.jpg, but color does't quite match though I don't know the "normal" variation in the species . It is a beauty...
