Terrestrial orchid from Bale Mountains, Ethiopia

Dear all, during my trip to Ethiopia last month I went to Bale Mountains National Park. Close to Harenna Forest in the south of the NP I found this interesting orchid, however I have no idea what it is. Altitude was ~3000 m.
