Dehydrated Cattalaya orchids
 

I just recieve 4 bare root cattleya orchids and they are so dehydrated. Lots of hollow dry roots but leaves look ok. The bulbs are a little shriveled. Is it safe to soak them for 24 hours in rain water to rehydrate them? Thank you. This is my 1st post. :hello

Are there any good roots?
I have soaked plants I received bare-root (probably soaked about a day ...) and everything was fine. I don't know if it will help the leaves to look any better tho - the damage may be done there.
