It is a great little orchid! Enjoy it! :)

What a cutie, and an excellent purchase!
I had 2 of these in the past, before I learned that mounted orchids like to commit suicide when in my care. One interesting thing I noticed was that there is variation in the scent. One of them smelled like real lemons, while the other had a very artificial lemon scent, a bit like a toilet cleaner. If I knew that I could keep one of these alive more than a year, I would get another one in a heartbeat!

How are you going to be growing yours fooferdoggie? Mounted under lights or in a terrarium? I’ve always been curious/wanted one of these but have always been unsure if I could grow one without a terrarium.

it is under lights and thats where it seems fine I dunk it every day and it gets misted once or twice a day.

I have a couple of these as well. They are quite easy to grow and mine seem to always have flowers.

If you search Orchid Board for this you will find people growing them in covered glass jars.

Yeah, this can be done. The idea is to keep the humidity up. Mine grow quite freely hanging in with my other minis rather than enclosed.

I would hate to have to put it in a jar my wife is blind and she could not touch it.

That’s why I asked about I being grown under lights :) I don’t want to buy orchids that I have to grow in orchidariums or in closed class containers, so if others are successful growing under lights it makes me think I may be able to do the same. Thanks all!
