How to make orchid sowing agar
 

I have an aerides with many seed pods but I dont know what medium to sow them on. Does anyone know how to create orchid agar that works?

Agar components should be available at your local healthy food market (agar commonly used as a vegetarian substitute for gelatin). I used this formulation quasi-successfully, in that I got seeds to grow, but never got them to maturity. You may do better with a commercial orchid flasking medium.
