Hi I am fairly new to iorchids outside. I got a noId orchid which I beleive is a Dembrobium Honu Honu. It flowered in spring and all of a sudden it has a lot of spots and yellowing. Can somebody help me figure out what is wrong

Possibly nothing at all. D. anosmum is deciduous and loses its leaves each year.

I know it loses its leaves but this is different than when it lost them last year. I edited the post to include the pictures which didn’t upload last night.

Look VERY closely where the leaves join the stem. Any signs of webbing? Plant has the look of a spider mite infestation.

I can’t really see any webs but the plant looks like its in bad shape I hope I can still save it. Im attaching a new pic if a close up! Thank you for your help!!

How is your plant doing? I don't think there was anything terribly wrong with it, except the possibility of spider mites.
