Certainly looks like an Epidendrum. Epi. lacustre has this growth habit, with leaves that capture the rainfall and a cluster of star-shaped flowers arising from the center of the growth, but there are many others that are related with similar growth habit

Also, there are a lot of Epidendrums that look similar. I have Epi. lacustre Panama form (with a lot of purple) but the more common form is from Ecuador and Colombia, white and green flowers... I was looking at the pattern of the inflorescence and leaves. I am sure that there are others on the forum with a lot more expertise than I have.
