Help with ID on new orchid

This one came to me from a friend who lost the tag a while back and doesn't remember what it could be.
My closest call is Pelatantheria. |
I'm fairly certain it's a Luisia...but I'm not sure which species.
Nix That! The leaves are all wrong for luisia. That what I get for looking at pics on my phone...i couldn't see the leaves on your plant well enough. |

Thank you, Katrina, for replying. I searched “vandaceous species” using google images and stumbled upon “acampe” which looked similar. I think it is Acampe papillosa. |
It's odd, for sure, very different.
