A fabulous flower and great photos too! What type of water have you been using? I have found most Laelias that people have trouble growing are because of water quality. City water is certain death for many "species" plants and not just Laelias either. Hard water will do the same thing, or water that is artificially softened.
The well water where I live has just the right amount of acidity and is generally very low in TDS. Sometimes the untreated well water is as low in TDS as the rain water. It has to to with exactly where your well is and how deep your well is. If it's too deep it will have lots of dissolved solids but older, shallower wells are usually very clean. Randy |
