Phalenopsis orchid with holes in the leaves e
Hi,
I have my phalenopsis outside for the summer on a retaining wall. They have holes in the leaves, I think it might be slug damage. My question is do I bring them in and wait for the damaged leaves to fall off or call it a day and trash them? One of the plants has a spike but the other 5 don't. Any help is appreciated :( |
If you could post pics it would be helpful. If the holes are from insect or slug damage, dosing them with the right treatment should be all they need.

Pics would be good. If it's slug damage then they will keep coming back until the entire leaves are gone. They are relentless and I can't stop them when it comes to Phal growing.......

Bring out the snail/slug bait. Kill them.

Seriously, you can try the saucer-of-beer trick if you like. Probably more practical when the plants are outdoors. |
To reiterate, can you show us photos? It might be something else.
