Does anyone know what these spots are, Thanks! Also can someone show me what a new pseudobulb looks like. Thanks.

The dark spots in one of those pictures look like they may just be the black spots which naturally result from high light in many Oncidium hybrids. I'm not sure about the tiny yellow spot, but it doesn't look concerning. Plants get spots through natural wear and tear, and it is often impossible to prevent it or determine the cause, but none of that looks like pest or disease, so I don't think you need to worry.

I would agree with JScott. On some of the thin-leaved orchids, it is almost impossible to tell what causes some of the little marks, etc. other than normal wear and tear. This being said, many members will say that when Onc. Sharry Baby or any of it's progeny (aka your Onc. Heaven Scent) get a lot of light, they can produce brown spots on the leaves (not to be confused with sunburn). I wouldn't worry about these spots too much. If they get bigger and you really don't like them, you can always trim off the tip of the leaf for greater aesthetics.

At one of our orchid society meetings our guest presenter talked about “ugly leaves”. He noted that many Oncidium plants get these black spots as the pseudobulb ages. It is nothing to be concerned about. He stated that if he ever judged an Oncidium without any black spots he would give it an award of merit.
