Dracula Bella to trade or sell

Hello Everyone,

Anyone interested in a Dracula Bella? The plant has many leaves roots and new growths, has 4 spikes with buds growing, but my conditions are too warm and bright for it. I keep blasting the buds before they mature, kind of frustrating. I'm growing mainly warm plants and thought I'd try a Dracula for fun, been growing it for one year and a half and at this point I don't know if I'll ever get to mature a bud and see it's flowers so I'd rather trade it or sell it if there are any takers in Canada?

I'll bump you. Too bad I'm not in Canada I just might give it a try.

Haha thanks Shannon :)

This thing keeps pushing out spikes and forming buds but they blast half way mature... I think my humidity is too low for these guys.. also new growths roots etc a good grower but if I can't have it flower for me then what's the point...

Won't it fit into something like a 1-gallon pickle jar or a 5-gallon aquarium?

Yeah it would, problem is that would take too much space... space that I could use for a few more plants I've got more interest in, I really don't have ideal conditions for these guys. Thanks for the suggestion

Well this guy finally matured a flower! Actually 2 flowers now! And many more spikes I'm the media! I guess orchids do repond to threats... Or is it just the cooler more humid days of the past weeks!?

I'm just glad I was able to successfully bloom a Dracula in my conditions and at least get to enjoy it's flowers.... I'll see how it does during the fall and winter, but ideally I still need to find my bella a new loving home!

If only I was going to Canada. I really still have yet to try a Dracula but I did bloom my ignea finally. So far my Masdies seem to like there new environment. I do have Dracuvallia. I am still working on the lighting however.
