Pecteilis hawkesiana culture advice
 

Hi all

I have recently acquired a Pecteilis hawkesiana and can't find enough culture advice online so was hoping someone here with experience growing the species could give me a tip or two.

It went dormant at the end of summer (Late March) and I did my usual terrestrial routine of lifting and inspecting the tuber before putting it into a pot of fresh media (2 parts fine bark, 2 parts spag moss, 1 part 5-8mm perlite, 1 part 5-8mm LECA)

I'm keeping it dry during dormancy (as with my Habenarias) and will only start to water again when the new leaves have emerged in the spring time.

Any tips, advice or input will be greatly appreciated :-)

Bump. We have members who grow temperate terrestrial orchids.
