I was going to jack a thread...

but decided to do this seperately. For the board members out east..... "you're welcome"! It's coming to you from us. What I really love is a deep snow shovel full of slush and water! I had knee deep glaciers of snow/ice mix at the end of my driveway and this weekend is spring solstice. Most years we set our clock ahead and we get out the lawn furniture, etc. This year we set the clocks ahead and shovel more snow. What's up with this? It's global warming, I tell ya. :twocents:

Now, Ross only us Michiganders understand any of this... You know we have to wait until the summer soltice to put our orchids outside  And if I could fit a larger GH in the same place that my current house is located, I'd come up there and help you erect the one I have... then you wouldn't care about the snow at the end of your driveway:lol:

Hi Ross :)

Usually I would say something like " :hmm What are you talking about? :scratchhead: " but since NY had it's biggest snow so far while I was there 2 weeks ago, I won't do that ;)

Forecast shows light rain for the next couple of days here. :muahaha:.
:hmm good fossil hunting conditions after a rain.

You're setting your clock ahead this weekend??:scratchhead: Then why are we Europeans going into daylight saving time March 29th?? I thought everybody changed at once!
And please don't send the snow so far east that it reaches us across the pond! I'm actually enjoying spring very much right now, so keep your snow!!

Well, I predict here in Cadillac there will be those folks who plant tomatoes as soon as the ground is free of snow (usually 1st of May or so). These same people will be back buying replacements after the snow that comes around Memorial Day.
