My NOID phalaenopsis

And another mini. I discovered some root issues when i removed it from the pot (the upper ones i could see in the store were fine but after removing moss i found a lot of dead and rotting roots and it now has a yellowing leaf)

Love the 2nd one. Beautiful!

I do too. Hopefully i can get them all to thrive i have a green thumb usually but im new to orchids

Those are all quite nice. I think my favorite would be the third.

You mentioned seeing root issues on one. How are they potted? If they're in little, soft plastic pots filled with sphagnum moss I'd urge you to repot them sooner rather than later. Repotting rarely bothers a blooming Phal. I'd suggest using terra cotta azalea pots (second choice would be plastic pots with a LOT of extra holes) and large-chunk orchid bark as the medium. The night before you repot, put the bark in a big cooking pot and fill the pot with boiling water. Let it sit overnight. Remove a plant from its pot and soak the roots in room temperature water for about 20 minutes, which softens them. Remove most of the dead roots using a sterile blade. Center the plant as best you can and fill in the space with the bark, setting it tightly in place but without crushing roots. Keep tamping it as you fill the pot. When you've finished, the plant should be securely potted rather than wobbly. And you're done. It sounds a lot more complicated than it is!

I actually got orchid bark today and boiled it And i transplanted them already into terra cotta pots i had already(did that the first day i got them for the two ive had and removed some of the moss to give some breathing room)

ps. the second one looks like a dtps. little gem stripes if you're looking for an ID ;)

Theyre extremely similar looking though mine has a little more pink and the speckles show a little more If its a dtps then should i let it try to rebloom?

It's up to you really, but whenever I buy new ones, I wait for the blooms to fade, then pot them up immediately. Reblooming won't hurt unless the orchid is unhealthy. I wish they all grow well for you :)
